Instead of building one rigid system, we designed an adaptive workflow that could be iterated on and evolve. The core was to create baseline templates that can be dialed up or down based on event complexity. From simple single-pathway registrations to complex multi-day events with nominations and session choices.

My role

I play many roles, including project coordination, stakeholder management, journey mapping, form building, and overseeing and coordinating system integrations while designing and building registration pages and digital assets.

Working collaboratively across teams, I helped establish feedback loops with our relationship management teams to refine the process after each event. This iterative approach meant we never started from zero again. Each event became a learning opportunity that strengthened our template library.

Built on our Webflow design system with embedded registration forms, connected to our CRM and MailChimp for automated email sequences. This integration enabled real-time reporting and automatic journey tracking for our teams.

For our network: Smoother registration experiences, clearer communication, and reduced drop-off rates. Earlier adoption from our Network in sign ups.

‍For our teams: More cross team exposure and less dependency on individuals. Creating repeatable processes. Handover to other teams to run registration.

Collaboration breeds adaptation. The most robust systems aren't the most complex ones, they're the ones that learn from every use and improve through team feedback. Sometimes the best solution isn't building something perfect, but building something that gets better every time you use it.
